Insurance Claim Process
Set up an Inspection
Property owners sometimes fail to file insurance claims because they do not recognize the signs of storm damage. We specialize in identifying storm damage and will give you our honest opinion to file a claim or not.
Claim Breakdown
The insurance company is the final decision maker about how much of your property is damaged and what compensation you will receive. Our job is to negotiate on your behalf in this process.
File A Claim
After we give you our honest opinion of the storm damage found on your home, you will call your homeowner's insurance and file a claim.
Finalized Contract
At this time, Empire Xteriors will answer any questions or concerns and collect the ACV. Negotiations with your insurance should be finalized at this time and Empire Xteriors will be ready to take the next steps to replacing your damage.
Adjuster
After you file a claim, your adjuster will assign a time and date to inspect your property. Let us know, and Empire Xteriors will even be there for you during your adjuster meeting.
Agreement and Color
The customer and Empire Xteriors will sign a contract between the two parties and the customer will select colors for proper replacement.
